Requirements As To Orders For Goods Of Manufacturer
REQUIREMENTS AS TO ORDERS FOR GOODS OF MANUFACTURER
All the goods of manufacturer that distributor desires to purchase shall be covered by written orders submitted by distributor to manufacturer. An order from distributor shall not be considered as accepted until written acceptance is signed by the [Name of official] of manufacturer and notice of acceptance is given distributor or delivery is made to distributor of the goods described in the order. Except as provided in Section [Section Number] of this agreement, an order from distributor that is accepted by manufacturer shall not be subject to cancellation by distributor without the written approval of the official of manufacturer designated above. All orders will be subject to the provisions of this Section.
Distributor agrees that manufacturer may insert in orders received from distributor prices of the goods, their particular descriptions, including numbers and distinguishing characteristics. Distributor agrees to be bound by the provisions of this paragraph as though such details were contained in the orders at the time distributor signed them.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
